RECOGNISE THIS?

Sensing resistance but not reaching it

You have the strategy, but there is a blockage. It's not the technology. Something in the human layer isn't moving and you don't know how to touch it.

Avoiding the honest conversation

There's a version of this conversation where everyone says what actually happens in them. You haven't had it yet. Because you're not sure you can hold what comes up when you do.

Optimism and anxiety are in different calls

Leadership is energized. Parts of your team are quietly afraid. Nobody is naming it. And the distance between those two realities is where adoption stalls.

Your team is in self-protection mode

The skepticism, the quiet disengagement, the overcompensation. It's not resistance to AI. It's people protecting their sense of relevance. No roadmap reaches that.

Performing confidence you don't fully feel

You have your own questions, doubts and fears about what this shift means. That gap between public certainty and private hesitance is costing you energy every day.

Carrying it alone

You perform steadiness and absorb the uncertainty. But no one is building your inner capacity for this moment — and you're likely doing it without peers in the same honest conversation.

THE REAL BOTTLENECK

This isn't a strategy / management problem .

The resistance in your team is not governed by your strategy. It's governed by their nervous system. People don't move when they feel unsafe. Or if they move, they run away. That unsafety compounds when their leader hasn't made peace with the uncertainty either. This is the inner capacity work that changes that. Not another framework. And definitely not a roadmap. The regulated, honest presence that makes the unknown feel navigable — so your team can think clearly, experiment, and move.Your AI strategy is only moving as fast as your organisation's emotional capacity. This is where you increase it.

"I was carrying my own unspoken anxiety about AI - what it meant for my role, my team, the work we'd built. I hadn't named it, even to myself.Through this work I got regulated enough to open up to my team about what was actually going on in me. That honesty created something I didn't expect: safety. People felt it and opened up too.We had the most honest conversation we'd had in years - about fear, about uncertainty, about what we actually wanted this transition to look like. That conversation changed our whole approach to AI adoption.""

Ready to take the plunge?

Through this work, you will:

You stop absorbing the room and start setting the tone

Your nervous system becomes the signal of safety, not another source of tension. Teams regulate to their leader. When you're steady, they can innovate.

You say what's actually true — and hold what comes up

The honest conversation you've been avoiding becomes possible. Not because it gets easier. Because you become capable of staying in it without collapsing or controlling.

Your team starts moving because they feel safe enough to.

Resistance isn't hidden anymore. It dissolves when people feel genuinely heard and held. It unlocks them from paralysis and moves them towards AI agency.

THE CONTAINER

Your Inner Capacity Building

8 private sessions across 3 months.
Self-paced practice between them.
A rewiring of how you lead under pressure.

Regulate

Functional breathing and interoception to build real-time nervous system awareness. You map your three states — activated, grounded, shut down — and learn to become flexible between them.

Feel

You learn to notice emotions as body sensations before they become reactions.Distinguish what you're feeling from the story you're telling about it, so that your inner voices can quiet.

Relate

You learn to read the room somatically — spotting freeze, avoidance, and activation in others. You start creating the space for feelings about uncertainty that unlocks your team's ability for AI innovation.

Your AI Agency

3 group sessions across 3 months.
Collective sensemaking with leaders in the same challenge.
The outer layer that makes the inner work real.

Seeing the System Clearly

Most AI adoption conversations start with the strategy-deck version of reality. This isn't that.In the first session you map what's actually happening in your organisation. Where people are frozen. Where trust is low. Where leaders are performing certainty. Where teams are quietly waiting for someone else to move first. The unsaid thing in the room gets named. That's where the real work begins.

Unlocking Collective Intelligence

AI adoption is too big and too strange for one leader to solve from the centre. The intelligence you need already exists in your organisation — in the edges, the sceptics, the frontline people, the quiet technical voices, the ones who can see the truth before the centre can. This session is about building the conditions where that intelligence can actually surface.Your organisation starts thinking together.

The Next
Wise Step

Not a roadmap. Not another transformation programme. Each leader leaves with a sharp, honest 30 to 90 day experiment. Small enough to be real. Specific enough to build trust and momentum. Grounded in what your system can actually handle right now.The question is simple: what is the smallest next step that increases trust, learning and movement? That question, taken seriously, is more powerful than any strategy deck.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Hey, I'm Tamás Hovanyecz

I've spent most of my career at the edge of what organisations don't yet know how to do.At Morgan Stanley, I was part of one of the first teams building legal automation systems, before AI was the word anyone used for it. What it required wasn't better technology. It was the capacity to stay in the room with people who weren't ready. I didn't have a name for what was happening in those rooms. I do now. From there I built WhoCards - a human collaboration tool we brought from Burning Man to Davos. What we kept finding everywhere: when people connect human-to-human first, sharing fears not just ideas, the quality of thinking in uncertain times goes up. That question eventually led me to Mindworks, a small innovation lab inside Greenpeace, building new ways for a large organisation to navigate uncertainty together. What I found across all of it: the capacity to feel your own feelings is a structural requirement for genuine collaboration. When people can regulate, feel, and relate from that place — they think better, innovate better, and move through fear instead of freezing.I hold a wide academic background spanning business, intercultural communication, law, technology and society, and I'm trained as a systemic coach and currently studying body-oriented psychotherapy.AI is creating a lot of uncertainty right now. This program builds the inner capacity so leaders can start moving again — and bring their teams with them.

Hey, I'm Marc Winn

I've spent most of my career in places where something isn't quite working — and nobody can fully see why.Sometimes that's an organisation moving through a technology transition. Sometimes it's a team that's lost clarity on what it's actually for. The answers are usually already there. Buried under noise, habit, or the way the system has learned to see itself. My work is to help bring those answers to the surface.Along the way, I accidentally created the Ikigai Venn diagram — now seen by over 100 million people. That took me into thousands of conversations about purpose, identity and change. What I kept hearing was the same thing: people don't need more ideas. They need to see clearly enough to act.My grounding has always been practical. In my first business, we grew from zero to a million customers over ten years, navigating the shift from mail order to the early internet. At our peak we had 140 people. As technology evolved, we continued to grow while reducing to a team of 25 — not through loss, but through redesign. That experience shaped how I see transitions. They are not events to manage. They are environments you learn to move within. What I bring to this work is the combination of those two things — the ability to see what's actually happening beneath the surface, and the lived experience of navigating real-world change where clarity has to translate into action.

Frequently Asked Questions:

"We already have an AI strategy. Why do we need this?"

Most coaching focuses on cognitive strategies or behavioral changes. The Inner Mastery Lab works with your complete operating system - thoughts, emotions, and body sensations - in real-time. You’re not just learning concepts; you’re rewiring decades of patterns through practice with peers facing the same challenges.

"Is this therapy or coaching or consultancy?"

It draws from all three. The 1:1s with Tamás build inner capacity applied directly to your leadership challenges. The group sessions with Marc zoom out to your organisational reality. Inner work with an outer purpose.

"What if I can't attend all the live sessions?"

Sessions are recorded. But the real value is in the live room — where leaders in the same challenge think together honestly. We've kept the schedule tight for that reason: 3 sessions across 4 months, Thursday evenings CET.

"I'm already stretched. Is this adding to my load?"

One hour a week. The self-paced materials are designed for leaders with no margin to spare. Most participants find the sessions reduce their mental load — because they stop carrying the uncertainty alone.

Ready to lead the human side of AI adoption?

The shift from performing certainty to building real capacity doesn't happen through another strategy session. It happens through practice, honest conversation, and the kind of peer support that only exists when everyone in the room is carrying the same challenge.

Only 6 spots available. Apply now to secure your spot.
